If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

If the product is defective, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or product exchange. To start a return, you can contact us at info@dripima.com.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for orders of large quantities and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.

STORE POLICY

My card was charged but I did not receive a confirmation email

This sometimes happens when your payment is declined. Please do not worry as you have not actually been charged it just seems as you were as it can take up to 24 hours for your bank to proccess the funds back into your bank account. For any questions or concerns please reach out to our customer support email.

Transaction Limit

There is no specific transaction limit. However, it is advisable for customers intending to make larger purchases to contact us through customer support. If a customer exceeds the allowed limit, they may not be able to proceed with the purchase. Therefore, it is recommended for customers to make separate transactions for every 1000£ spent to avoid this issue.
Order Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped out, an order cancellation fee will apply.
