Refund & Returns

Changes or returns are not accepted unless attributed to Dripima: size changes (Dripima provides all information and instructions on measurements to the client), client error when placing the order, or a change of the client's opinion. Additionally, customer perceptions regarding colors or sizes are not valid reasons for returns or exchanges.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives in a broken condition. In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the order at info@dripima.com, indicating the product's defect (attach images of the defect), along with your personal data and order number. Dripima reserves the right to reject returns reported outside the stipulated 24-hour period.

Dripima will cover all shipping costs and subsequent delivery of the new product/s, provided that defects are confirmed upon examination. The return or replacement of the item will be processed promptly, depending on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, Dripima will issue a purchase voucher for the defective product's value and refund the shipping amount if applicable. 

Returns for Factory Defects or Within Warranty:
Users may return any product purchased on the Dripima website that presents a defect making it unsuitable for normal use, reduces its quality or usability, or does not meet the expected safety standards within the warranty period.

Users have one month from the date of product receipt to inform Dripima about any dissatisfaction with the products. Dripima will not be responsible if this period is exceeded.

Returning products with factory defects will not incur any additional cost for the user.

To formalize the return, users must contact Dripima within the one-month period through the email info@dripima.com, identifying the product subject to return, attaching a photograph or video showing the defects, and providing a detailed report of the defects found.

Once Dripima receives the documentation and evidence, they will inform the user within 3 to 5 business days whether to proceed with the return.

If the return is approved, Dripima will instruct the user on the delivery or shipment of the defective product to its offices/warehouses.

After receiving the product and evaluating the defects, Dripima will offer the user the option to exchange the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Dripima.

If due to lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with shipping another product with the same characteristics, the user may choose to terminate the contract (return the amounts paid) or request the shipment of another model of their choice.

The customer's chosen order, whether with the same specifications or the new model, will be delivered following Dripima confirmation of the defective product exchange or shipment of the new model.

The exchange, shipment of a new model, or termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the user.

If the user terminates the contract, Dripima will refund the full value of the amount paid to the user for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs) with the same payment method used for the order.

Dripima informs users that the term for the return of amounts paid will depend on the user's payment method:

  • If the user made the payment by credit/debit card, Dripima will reimburse the amount paid within 14 business days from the moment the user decides to terminate the contract.

Product Exchange Policy:
Dripima does not allow the exchange between a purchased product and another product offered on the website. If the user wants to exchange a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal, and subsequently, purchase the new product they desire.

IMPORTANT: The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging; dirty or odorous garments will not be accepted.
